Ricotta and Pear on Pumpernickel

This ricotta and pear on pumpernickel toast offers a unique flavor combination, sure to satisfy your taste buds. All that flavor in one quick and balanced snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice thin Pumpernickel bread
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp sliced almonds
  • 1/4 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 medium pear

Instructions

  • Toast Pumpernickel bread. Spread with ricotta cheese, top with sliced pear and almonds, then drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
