Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp 5-6 drops orange extract
  • ice

Instructions

  • Instructions: Blend all ingredients in a high-powdered blender – Pour. Go.
