Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin pie puree
  • 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp all-spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
