Belgium Chaffles (Keto; Low-Carb)

Chaffles are the latest low-carb, keto food craze, but are they healthy? I share my views, plus my modified version – made with only two ingredients and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Turn on waffle iron to heat
  • Whisk to eggs in a bowl, then add cheddar cheese. Continue stirring until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into hot waffle iron and cook for ~6 minutes. Serve
