Easy Blueberry Protein Smoothie

This basic blueberry protein smoothie is creamy, highly nutritious and a delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth and hold you over until your next meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 4 oz plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smoothie. Enjoy.
