Homemade Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette Dressing

This homemade lime cilantro vinaigrette is made with only a few ingredients and can be used to dress salads, marinade chicken and fish, or to add flavor to rice, noodles and more.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp lime juice, fresh or bottled
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, raw
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • Make sure cilantro is chopped very fine, then combine all ingredients together. Stir well. Serve over greens, or as a marinade for chicken or other lean protein.
