Put them in a blender, add some ice, and you have a delicious meal that can be made in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 10 Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
    • Optional: Garnish with a few whole or shaved chocolate chips and a strawberry slice
