Well PB is my favorite, so I will be making this! Yum!
This combo has such a great peanut butter flavor! Just enough.
Love the reusable straw! Looks great!
If I wanted to substitute a premade protein shake for the powder & milk, how much would you suggest?
Hi Kat,
You could do that by just combining the ready-to-drink shake with ice and frozen strawberries in a blender. You may need to add a bit of liquid (water, milk, plant-based) to thin it out. It just depends on how many ounces of the ready to drink shake you have. To keep the carb/protein balance, try to find a protein shake that has at least 15 grams of protein. The other substiution you can make with this is 1 scoop plant based protein powder with 8 ounces plant-based milk or water.
